Diversity Conference

The Needham Diversity Summit brings together community leaders, friends, neighbors, and students to explore, foster, strengthen, and celebrate Needham’s diversity – of socioeconomic status, race, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion, ethnic identity, and age. The annual event aims to create a network of people committed to creating an equitable and welcoming town and encouraging Needham residents to think in new ways about our evolving community. This year’s summit will include musical performances, panel discussions, and a bystander training workshop.
